Kiryat Menachem neighborhood considered one of the slowest neighborhoods "in Jerusalem, both in terms of socioeconomic and Construction where, and for many years was considered a crime neighborhood C"scont"

This project is trying to do "charity" with the neighborhood and try to recover a significant portion of these neighborhoods by building a "hinge" a major regional impact manifested in the construction branch university campus and Revival of existing schools instead. These students will participate in an array of projects promoting students and youth in their area. Youth today is about half the population of the neighborhood and the introduction of the first phase students alongside further new populations can be a new youth perspective about their futures and aspirations. Points of light and vision of the development of new, transferred to the meetings initiated and incidentally, are ways in which they go through the neighborhood and meeting with students and new neighborhood on the island.
